Snowflakes want laws to protect there hurt feelings and cuck-serventives want middle age style sedition laws to imprison critics.
As imperfect as it is, it protects the middle from the clowns on left and jokers on the right.
In the public realm you have the freedom to promote others speech but no obligation to do so. If you read between the lines of the many freedom of speech court cases it boils down to the government can not put you in jail or kill you for things you say, write or artistically express with some exceptions. Maybe it would have been better to break it up into five amendments and add more details as that would have saved the supreme court a lot of work. The amendment covers freedom of religion, the press and speech as well as the right to assemble and petition the government.
I am not sure if that’s a Elon Musk joke or if like him you wildly misunderstand the first amendment.
